M.A. in Social Work from T.I.S.S., has been working passionately in the field of Developmental Work for the past 15 years. Has worked intenselyfor organisations like Blind Men’s Association, Child Relief & You(CRY) and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. Currently a Visiting Lecturer at College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, he is the Hon. Secretary of MAVA. He has been awarded the prestigious Health & Population Innovation Fellowship 2006-2007 from Population Council to translate his innovative ideas on involving young men on Gender & Sexuality matters and creating a pool of male resource persons among college youths in Pune district.

An engineer by profession & manager at Tata Steels, Wire Division, has been providing personalized counseling and guidance to several men on gender-related problems. He is the Hon. Vice-President of MAVA. 

A businessman at Dombivli has been providing counselling to several distressed men & women. He is the Hon. Jt. Secretary of MAVA.

An executive engineer (Operations) at Tata Power Company. He has worked on consumer and civic issues in the city. He is the Hon. Treasurer of MAVA. 

Lecturer (Selection) at C.U. Shah College of Pharmacy, SNDT Women’s University. Has contributed significantly for the past 2 decades towards an Awareness Campaign, Policy Planning and Legislation against Pre-Sex Selective Abortions in the country. He has been actively involved in MAVA’s key programs esp. its annual publication on gender issues.
