With the up-scaling of the initiative for young men in Mumbai, Satara and Kolhapur , there would be many activities organized to engage them in respective regions. These would include discussion forums, youth meets (yuvak melavas), film festivals, participative workshops and educational camps,  periodic preparation and display of wall newspapers on college notice-boards, study circle meets  and several  outreach programs involving lay public.

Counselling and guidance by a team of trained professionals (psychiatrist, sexologist, social workers) to would be started 5 days a week. Specific workshops on anger management and dealing with emotions would also be arranged.

Participatory workshops on gender-sensitive sexuality and life-skills education for unmarried and newly married youths ( including girls) would be organised. 

Street Plays, gender sensitisation workshops, rallies and other sessions for youth as a part of the Global Protest Fortnight on Violence Against Women (Nov. 25 – Dec. 10) will be organised in collaboration with women’s groups across city.

Art Show in aid of MAVA
In order to mobilize resources to run various youth initiatives, MAVA would be organizing an art show in July 2010 at Lakeeren Contemporary Art Gallery, Colaba with encouragement by gallerists Arshiya Lokhandwala and Shireen Gandhy. Works of around 20 renowned artists would  be featured at the show.
